Snack Attack!

Midmorning rumble in the jungle…or just my belly.  I packed my most reliable snack for today: an Apple and a serving of triscuits.  I have carbs, fiber, calories, vitamins, minerals…but I am missing two things:  protein and fat.  Normally I pack a serving of nuts too and will combine all three in each bite but I was unprepared today.  Still, this is a great preworkout snack!
