Day 1 of Challenge


Good Morning!

  1. 20 minutes of yoga
    • Got a little less sleep than I’d like but woke up early enough to squeeze in my 20 minutes.  Went through a very basic routine but regardless I feel awake, limber, and ready to start my day!
  2. Eat Clean 6 days a week
    • Breakfast:
      • 1/4 of dry oatbran, mixed with soymilk and water;  topped off with a banana.   I followed the directions and it’s too soupy!  Next time I will only use half as much liquid…
      • Coffee, strong and black
      • 1/2 cup of oj
    • Snack (while at work):
      • 1 cup of baby carrots
      • 2 slices of turkey breast
      • 2 tbsp of hummus
