Sitting at a Jiffy Lube getting my car inspected.  Decided to swing by here right after the gym, but had one issue: no snacks or lunch.  Refueling post workout is vital for muscle growth and repair.  You may think otherwise especially if you’re trying to drop weight or tone up but it is the truth.  You have to eat, whether you like it or not.  Aim for protein and carbohydrates immediately after your workout, or at least within 20 minutes.
