Leftovers for breakfast

Paleo style!
Salmon, two eggwhites, one whole egg, spinach, garlic, mushrooms, blood Orange, avocado, mint, and cilantro…whew!
Naturally I would love to eat a piece of toast along with this delicious little dish but I want to see how I feel without it.  I feel like it has been ingrained into my nogin that I need to eat grains but do I?  Paleo followers would say I am better off without them…
