Run and refuel

Ran for 35 minutes around Umass, burning approximately 340 calories.  Not used to running and man are my legs tired!

Made a little homemade juice blend: carrots (about 6!) and an apple.  Cooking up some chicken breast to place on top of mixed greens with grape tomatoes, an orange bell pepper, olive oil, salt and pepper.  Bringing leftovers to work for dinner later on, which will be roasted funnel and onion chickie soup.  Have a great afternoon! Get outside and breathe in some freshness!
