As of late, like last week late, I’ve been doing less in terms of my workouts. I hiked almost everyday, threw down some pushups and air squats here and there, and never stepped foot into the gym. It was fabulous. My body has enjoyed the change of activity as I have dropped some weight. Weight loss could also be due to the recent weather change…it being 70 – 80 degrees last week definitely influenced my outdoor activity and eating tons of fruits and vegetables.
