Healthy in less than 20 minutes

Sauteed half an onion, half a bell pepper, and one sweet potato in a tbsp (maybe 2…doesn’t matter fat wise, its all beneficial) of olive oil. Added one link of Aidelles portobella mushroom chicken sausage, some fresh basil, and grape tomatoes. Served on top of mixed greens w 2 tbsp of Annies Asain sesame dressing and a slice of dry toast. Time to eat! Nom.Nom.Nom.
