Made this dish for Nick and I after the gym. Super, super easy. Sauteed an onion til browned, added garlic, fresh ginger (from my plant!), cinnamon, curry powder, salt, and cloves. Then added a drained can of chickpeas, some cherry tomatoes, shook it up a bit, added 2 cups water, a few squirts of HFCS free ketchup, and then decided last minute to add three chopped carrots. On the back pan is some protein packed quinoa, made w just water. That itself is super easy. It’s a 2:1 ratio of water to grains. Cooked in about ten minutes. You can add more flavor by using a stock of your choice too. Dinner is on. Bon appetite!
