At work and should not be posting but… real quick, here’s todays workout:
-30 minutes on the elliptical. Not a standard elliptical. Can’t believe I don’t know the make and model but it’s the one that can transition between a jog-like movement and a stairclimber. I did an interval workout, having the resistance never drop below 8 after a 2 minute warmup.
-3 sets of the following
-25 crunches on a stability ball
-10 pike roll ups on stability ball
-10 decline pushups with feet on stability ball
Tomorrow I start Oxygen’s program. It seems like the workouts, minus cardio will take at least 30 minutes. Def need to work on time management.
