Pom and quinoa

Made a big batch of quinoa last night. Reheated it this morning with coconut milk, vanilla, cinnamon, honey, sliced almonds, chia seeds and pomegranate seeds. It’s a much different texture and feel compared to oatmeal but has all nine essential amino acids. I did fit in a quick leg workout too…ill post later, for now I am off to work!
