Sword the fish!


Nick and I enjoyed a fabulous dinner at Chez Albert last night after seeing the Hobbit. Great movie, even better seats. Since when can you flip the arm rest up and out of the way and snuggle?! At Chez, we shared Pauls very own pates, as well as a melt-in-your-mouth brie pastry type thing. These were appetizers, one of which was a surprise addition. Good for the waist line? No, I think not. Good for the soul, you betcha! For entrees we had the most tender veal, and swordfish with a spicy shrimp sauce. And yes, we had dessert, baked pear pie. Holy sh*t. My leftover swordfish is making a very tasty lunch. Just added 1/4 of an avocado and a 1/2 cup of cubes sweet potatoes, wolf placed atop some mixed greens. Yum.Yum.Yum.
