HIIT Circuit, 1/17/2013


I am beat!  Still not meeting my goal of enough sleep 😦 .  I did want to post something though as I have been lacking posts compared to last week.  This is just a quick blurb about tonights 30 minute workout that I brought clients through at Fit Women.

Circuit 1, repeat 3 times, back to back, then rest prior to Circuit 2

  • Walk ups onto step with opposite knee taps, 10 on each side
  • Knee tucks, 15
  • Run up and down the step for 1 minute

Circuit 2

  • Dumbbell punches, 1 minute
  • Side shuffles to an air squat, 1 minute
  • Side lunge to reach and pulls, 30 seconds on each side
