If you want to increase the caloric burn, say because you are a UMass student preparing for Ultra Music Festival where you will bop around in a bra and barely there shorts, then simply add bursts of cardio in between each exercise. Like what you say? Hm…15 jumping jacks, 10 burpees, 30 seconds of mountain climbers.
