Chest and Arms


If I had boobs they’d be naturally lifted right now after a rather long session that focused on chest and arms.  Think there’s truth to that?  That working your chest can naturally lift your breasts?  I tell my clients that it can and will.  It’s got to at least offer a little support!  🙂

Here is what today’s workout looked like:

This workout took almost an hour…!  I performed it with company but we really did not stop to chat often.  I would say it should ideally take 40 – 45 minutes (minus the cardio).  Let me know what your time was if you try this out!

  • Pushups, 10 with a wide hand placement, 10 narrow
    • 20 reps, 3 sets
  • Walk out, walk in, bentover row to tricep extension
    • 10lbs, 20 reps, 3 sets
  • Dumbbell curl to crossover punches
    • 10lbs, 15 reps, 3 sets
  • Dumbbell flyes
    • 15lbs, 15 reps, 3 sets
  • Spyder pushups
    • 12 reps, 3 sets
  • Overhead tricep extension
    • 15lbs, 15 reps, 3 sets
  • Incline pushup to up downs on a bench
    • 10 reps, 3 sets
  • Hammer curls
    • 10lbs, 20 reps, 3 sets
  • Cardio:
    • 20 minutes on Wave trainer (a funky type of stair climber)
