This page is dedicated to my culinary creations.  Some are unique and made on the spot while others follow a recipe that I found out in the world.

I am a meat eatin’, olive oil dippin’, coffee sippin’ kind of girl.  I love dark chocolate, GoBerry, and French food.  This page however will not boast those things.  These will be foods that I eat on a day in day out basis.  Consider it Paleo-esque Clean Eating.

Ingredients for a marinade for that nice slab of bison.Garlic, ginger, red onion, chili powder, red pepper flakes, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.  Added olive oil and some local honey from my friend Peter (Thanks Peter!)

Carrot ribbons and collard greens sauteed in olive oil with garlic, then tossed with sesame seeds and a dash of sesame oil.  Served alongside a nice meaty chunk of o-so-delicious Bison.
